Dr. Megan Bailey grew up in North Carolina and received her DVM from North Carolina State University and a degree in Animal Sciences from Auburn University. She spent four years in emergency practice before joining the Detroit Dover team in 2021. Her interests include managing pain, complex chronic disease, and working closely with clients to care for their pets with low-stress veterinary visits. She sees cats and dogs along with exotic pets (rabbits, reptiles, and pocket pets). In her free time she enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and two dogs, Baloo (a Bernese mountain dog) and Oliver (a black Labrador).
