Dr. Elaine Hughes is a 2005 graduate of Ohio State College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr, Hughes is a certified “Fear Free” professional and a certified Veterinary Acupuncturist. Her family includes Oscar, a French bulldog, and two cats, Ginger and Sparky.
